Our Philosophy

My desire of starting a boutique car dealership started in 2009 when I was looking to buy a used BMW for myself. The experience of entering a traditional new or used car dealership made me feel uncomfortable. That’s when I started working on the idea to sell cars in a different way.

I’ve never worked in a car dealership and never will. This is what sets Carlab apart from the others. I run a small company and pride myself in making sure each transaction is a good one for our customer rather than focus on volume. We act more like a car broker than a traditional dealership.

I pride myself on selling high quality, lightly used vehicles. My goal is to retail low mileage, local, accident-free, and warranty remaining vehicles whenever possible. There is no pressure and full disclosure will always be provided.

I understand how consumers think of used car dealers and I want to bring you a different and better car buying experience.
